Points of interest in Cyrodiil

The point of this post

The point here is to post some of your favorite landmarks and points of interest that you've found over the years of playing Oblivion. The above map is very useful for finding the already marked locations - but some areas in the massive world are not marked. If you know a good location that you think is worth sharing, post it here in the following format shown below. Note: If the location requires a mod (PC only), please list it.

Example

The Unicorn
Description: It's probably quite well known now. The unicorn is a while horse with a horn on it's head, without a saddle and quite tempered. If you enter it's location and it sees you with a weapon unsheathed, it will attack and it will not stop fighting until it is killed. However, if you manage to approach it without a weapon, and you somehow get around the three minotaurs that protect it, you will be able to hop on to the Unicorn and ride away safely. The unicorn is said to be the fastest horse in Cyrodiil. But remember, if you run into some bandits or wolves on your way out, don't take your weapon out! The unicorn will attack you as soon as it sees your weapon. Note: The unicorn is resistant to any metal except enchanted and silver.
Location:Harcane Grove. North of Robber's Glen Cave, south of Hircine's shrine.
Quest involved: Hircine's Shrine You must give Hircine, the daedric lord of hunting, the master prize of a unicorn horn. For this you must kill the unicorn and take it's horn.
Nearby enemies: 1 unicorn, 3 Minotaur Lords Of Harcane Grove, various wild animals.

Fin Gleam: The Lost Helm
Description: Not far off the coast of the great Abecean Sea lies a lost story of an enchanted helm known as Fin Gleam. It is a glass helm, thought to once be worn by an adventurer of the sea. The helm, when worn, will grant the bearer a permanent night-eye spell, life detection and water breathing. If you manage to find this noble treasure it WILL be worth your while.
Location:Off the shore of a small island that is not far from the Anvil shores. On the west coast of this tiny island is the Abecean Sea. If you carefully look underwater and skim around the area, you will eventually find a skeleton in between two rocks on the ocean floor. The skeleton wears Fin Gleam. Claim your treasure and head back up to the surface before you drown.
Quest involved: None. This still baffles me; I'm guessing it's an easter egg of some sort.
Nearby enemies: Mud crabs.

Go ahead and start posting ones you know!
