the only thing processed could possibly mean, is that it is made with oil and not milk.
well that is generally done in any country. you can buy both types of any cheese anywhere you wish you dumbass.

Also; fresh swiss cheese is pretty neat too. I usually grind it atop my fries when I eat :D
