No.  They don't own "BAN".  

Cool clan and all, but you guys don't own the BAN clantags...its a common word.  You probably shouldn't be blacklisting people for that reason unless they say that they are part of the clan.

Which is why they should be blacklisted.  But you're right.  There are people out there who put "BAN" as their tags and mean BAN, not Blockland Alliance Navy.

There was an incident where we found a mature member in-game with the BAN tag in the first month of the clan. He was understandably upset, seeing as how none of us knew another BAN existed before us. We haven't heard a thing about that since, though.
