Not bad. I like the idea of scattering water throughout the battle field, since eventually water is supposed to heal Ice elementals.

It shouldn't be so strictly ice themed though. I wouldn't use the snow precipitation, and I think it should be closed in somewhat by mountains (not fully, because the open space would work well for Iceus).
