If you make your own team, it will probably just be ignored :P

MAS is really the only official team, lego inc and HanCo are just side things.

If army was to write a book about Mas, it wouldn't have HanCo or lego inc in it.

Plus there is really no room for another team, people who are not on the developer team can't just make their own team and expect to play a role, it's something that gets denied most of the time.

I think army will be able to provide a better answer.

the thing i allways remember is that it had basic shurikens

This. The whole factions/companies thing is mostly just a role playing thing, and doesn't (shouldn't) effect the actual gameplay of the server.

I was hosting a Three-way TDM (MAS vs Bugs vs Hanco). I'm probably going to host it again eventually.

We should look into making a map more fit for such purposes, though an uneven amount of teams is harder to do correctly then an even amount of teams.
But then again... ARMYUNITSONLY
