this ds wont make just any older ds games 3d.

sure you could make the entire browser pop out, but that's not a 3d effect.
a window would be in the back, while links, images, scroll bars, tool buttons were sticking up front. THAT would be 3d net browsing.

Yeah, it looks like the games would have to be designed for it, at least if it works like I think it does. From the pictures and reviews, it only looks like it makes objects further in the background look a bit blurry, and the ones in the foreground look sharp and clear. If they represented the window and links/images/etc as objects, the 3D effect might be able to be captured.
