you have to add more observation rooms and some of those smaller lights.
also, i found a way to simulate the lights in the maker: i think the command was "puzzlemaker_lighting 1" or "puzzlemaker_showlighting 1"

There are lights everywhere. I'll try the command.

EDIT: There are no commands like that. There is one puzzlemaker_shadows but that didn't do anything.
