The thing we all missed in Portal 1, when GLaDOS tried burning you she said something about Aperture Science stuff can survive fire above or something 4000 Kelvin. Now in Portal 2 at the end, the Companion Cube survived the incinerator. Hmmm? It was still alive all along.
