Author Topic: Final Fantasy 1  (Read 1017 times)

I'm starting to replay through the game and was wondering what you guys think would be the best team to start out with?

Here is what I have to choose from 4 characters total and you can have them more than once.

Warrior
thief
white mage
black mage
monk
red mage

If you suggest me a good team I will name one of my characters after you :3 or whatever you want it to be named.

Discuss Final Fantasy.

I've always been a fan of thieves. I'd say White Mage, Black Mage, Thief and Warrior.

Tactics was the best Final Fantasy

I believe it is the original.

Looks like this.

I think it might be a remade one with updated graphics.

Either way which classes should I choose?

tactics is 3d, and its awesome
advance is 2d and not that good
but i like the first advance more

Final Fantasy Tactics: Advance was pretty good
now Final Fantasy Tactics: A2 was pretty bad :(

both gameboy tactics i hated.

they are spin-offs of the real tactics game

well duh, they're squeals.

Actually FF2 for the SNES is FF4. FF1 is just FF1.

In my opinion it's best to get a warrior, black mage, white mage, and theif. A well balanced team is always good.

Don't attempt any of the extra dungeons (which appear after one of the four elemental bosses are beat) until you re a higher level, as some of the battle in those are very tough.

Anyway, I got this rod that lets you cast flare unlimited times in that game and beat the final boss at all level 80s. :D

Are you talking about the 8-bit one?
