I think that the mortar in a vehicle idea is a horrible idea. Unless the vehicle becomes stationary when the weapon is manned, this would be useless spam due to the fact IRL, you need coordinates to fire the mortar properly. Every inch/cm/mm you move, the coordinates are messed up. And when the coordinates are messed up, the mortar goes to the wrong area. The idea as an item seems like a good idea.
