Clockturn's doesn't work anymore. I tried using it in V13.

EDIT: By any chance can you make a circular shaped elevator?

Darklight just fixed it. And I JUST fixed the RTB Prefs.

Explain moveToBrick

Get the Z-level of the top of a named brick and move to that level. It's very handy for making elevators with multiple targets, since you can just name the floor plates of each level of the building and tell the elevator to move to those levels.

Also, inputs for when the elevator starts moving/finishes moving, so we can make doors that close when it starts and open when it reaches a floor. Preferably call the stop event on the brick supplied when using movetobrick, or the elevator brick when moving on its own.

I have four different types of elevators atm.

I have Clockturn's original elevator, which is decent.
I have Darklight's update to Clockturn's elevator, which is better in some ways.
I have a bootleg copy of Darklight's update to Clockturn's elevators, that doesn't include createElevator, which is absolute stuff.
And I have Kalphiter's new elevator.

All in all, Kalphiter's is the smoothest, Darklight's update to Clockturns has the most features, including what Kalphiter's was lacking, the MovetoBrick event and the event createElevator, which makes any flat brick an elevator. The original Clockturn elevator is decent, but lacking in the features of Darklight's update. And Tezuni's bootleg...that is not worth the time, it's basically Darklight's update with a feature taken away.


My decision? It would have to be Darklight's update. As Kalphiter's may be smoother, yet lacks in many features including ElevatorMovetoBrick and elevatorCreate.
