Call a doctor

Try a protection software, like Norton. I find it works well

So far the viruses are only on one account. Will they spread?

i dont have antivirus and no viruses yet. i scanned with norton for a few hrs then uninstalled it. Viruses: 0. i downloaded plenty of stuff. how am i soo lucky?

When I had Avast, it stopped a majority of things.
When I have nothing, I stop everything.

three words. winrar and norton. they both go together nicely. winrar opens zip files. allowing you to scan it. norton does the scanning. also. norton sucks ass hard back then in the years since it started-2007 norton 2008 made a GIANT improvement. whoever who still thinks norton sucks and they only used up to 2007. go forget youself. and try it again.
