Author Topic: TF2 ENGIE UPDATE! ITS LIVE!  (Read 110085 times)

TF2 takes place in the 1950-60's.

Last I checked there were not automatic handheld weapons during the 1800's.

Also, 3 life extender machines were made. Who's to say the 3rd wasn't for the Administrator?

Look at the time periods you guys, TF2 doesnt take place in present day, it takes place roughly when radigan was alive, even note the schematics for the guns on the walls.

Also note the youthfullness of the administrator.

Did you see the sideburns? And the youthfullness of the administrator only contributes to the fact that the engineer's name is Dell, because she's an old bat now.

Then that may have to be the fact of we play as the father, not the grandfather or the son. Due to the administrators age and the time period match up.

Hey, did you even see the last panel of the last page? That is the engineer. get some glasses.

It takes place in the 1900's. Or the Life Extending Machine was built and the Administrator used it on herself

WHAT ARE YOU ALL TALKING ABOUT ASDFIAHDWG

TF2 takes place during the 1950's-60's.

There are computers. That is the end of any era debate.

TF2 is actually just a secret war between RED and BLU, fighting over technology. The public is none-the-wiser.

This

During the 1960's according to the wiki.

Which is the Fathers timeperiod, dell's father, the only engineer you didnt get to see.

Since this announcement creates a canon-shaped void in the lives of TF2's biggest story fans—our writers—we let them "imagineer" (their words) an epic Engineer story spanning three generations.

The engie in the last pages is the one in the game

Damnit snot, read the loving blog, it states there is three generations of engineers that have been involved in tf2. The Father is the one that fights, the Grandfather built stuff. The Son is the one that is the last page of the comic.

I did, the comic is a history of engies family, the present daypart is in the 50s-60s

The one that fights is the 3rd generation (son) or the times don't match up.
