I still wouldn't download it even if he did finish it. I'd rather download a mod made by a well experienced coder who knows how to regulate a web server and has experience in it as well, and also has an actual dedicated modding team for it too.

He may be the only one that works on the code of RTB but at least he has others to do mod reviewing and moderating the forums/IRC/etc things.

If Kalphiter runs this whole thing by himself it'll cave in on itself from lack of a dedicated team of actual people who know what there doing, not just people who go "LOL THIS MOD SHOOTS BULETS ITS FINE" ignoring about twenty different console errors.
