Ok, to clarify:

No, you don't start with 9 HP now - that was the first account I ever created, back in the Runescape Classic days. After a little while of playing, I got bored and never accessed that account again (until earlier, but I don't plan to play on it). I did recreate an account maybe a month after that one, which was my main up until I got bored a couple years ago. The account I decided to play is neither of the two I just mentioned.
