It's a little too dark to be the mind helm imo, but that might just because of the lighting. It looks more like the CHAOS helm (EW IV).

Got 85 mining, and could mine runite if it weren't for the fact that there are about 50 bots going around all 130 worlds and using it all up.

- The closest furnace to a bank is Edgeville furnace. This requires Varrock Tasks I, but they're easy
- The closest non-task furnace to a bank is Port Phasmatys. The speed of cannonball making doubles there if you have Morytania Tasks III
- The closest F2p furnace to a bank is Al Kharid. Since Falador is also f2p, you are horribly incorrect
