It's not illegal. Since it is techically your property in a free game, you are within legality to sell an account. However, Jagex will kick you ass and probably ban your IP address or something. I dunno, just don't sell accounts.

yeah i read on runewiki that its actually against the rules and you can get an IP ban, which bans you from the website
so you probably dont wanna buy that account and be the fool
thats why they have the last logged in from this area
but if your a good liar you can get away with it
