Summoning has a practical use in combat, collecting drops, getting buffs, ect. Construction gets you a fancy looking mansion and an alter. also, you can sell pouches, but you can't exactly force people to pay you so they can use your gilded alter when they can just join one of the thousands of houseparties hosted by people who have nothing better to do than raise 50 mill.

never farmed a single plant in my rs career, all from sorc's garden which also got me my 87 thieving B)
con - i just had a lot of money to blow and my con was bringing my total level down so i decided forget it im powertraining and made oak carved table sets.
