Author Topic: The Grand Theft Auto Series.  (Read 1383 times)

So I've decided to spend the remainder of my summer (Two months, two weeks for this month, two weeks in september, and august) to play the Grand Theft Auto Series. So far in my collection, I have San Andreas, Liberty City, Vice City, Vice City Stories, Chinatown Wars, and Grand Theft Auto IV.

IMO's

San Andreas/Vice City and the stories- I haven't gotten around to playing these in depth latley, but after playing IV on the PS3, I think their engines are primitive and hard to master.

IV- I really like it, it has a good storyline and memorable characters. But it leaves a bit to be desired, like more cars and the ability to customize them. I also wish it had a garage system like Saints Row, where you could keep any cars you find.

Chinatown Wars- Not the best GTA game, but it definently is portable. I dusted off my DS and gave Nintnendo a second try to play it. And it is pretty alright. It utilizes the Dual screens and touch screens pretty alright. I haven't used my microphone for it yet.

Discuss Grand Theft Auto.

I have GTA 1, 2, and London sitting somewhere in my room. I also have every other game in the series.

You can. Place the car in any yellow spot and the next time you play, it will be there.

I know that, but Saints Row has unlimited space, you can keep all the cars you find, instead of two.

I think theres like, 5 of them.

Yes but you can hold unlimited cars in your garage in saints row. In gta you can only keep 2 cars in every parking space.

I managed to get 4 cars by putting cars ontop of cars.

The game only keeps the 2 cars closest to the parking space after the game turns off. :C

GTA IV sucked IMO

Vice City and SA <333

I half agree with Sebster.

outside of your safehouse there's a yellow rectangle on the side of the road where you can park 1-2 cars

stuff didn't read other posts

they preferred to make it realistic

i wish the car ISN'T out in the open, it should be in a parking lot or a garage
i once got into a 4-star situation and they bumped my car damnit

gta iv is awesome except i have to play it on another computer, my computer's graphics card is absolute stuff

Rockstar tried to make GTA IV too realistic, they removed the awesome and fun unrealistic stuff you could do in San Andreas and Vice City.

I've heard Saint Rows 2 was better than IV, I want it.

gta iv was a sequel to gta liberty city stories
so now they have to make a gta sa 2
and they better have a loving black man in there

SA weirds the forget out of me and VC is just me listening to Billie Jean all the time but fun none the less

Is this thing on PC and does it have blood?
I don't play bloody games. Especially ones with
zombies. Eeugh, L4D scared me enough anyway.
