Trisquel GNU/Linux. It's a fully free version of Ubuntu, that contains absolutely no proprietary elements (including drivers), making it 100% Free Software. Because of that, it works on very few PC's, my PC's just lucky, though I have to switch it to the integrated Intel GPU if I want to have hardware 3D acceleration.

It was a modified version of the 10-foot HUD (Rainmeter) which I got rid somewhat recently without saving it.
