Well, Lalam, it's his server and if you don't like his rules, just get out.
Servers with children should really have this ban reason, so the server can be more enjoyable for them. Censor chat does not block all the cuss words and so does not E-Tard filter. Let's imagine "forget" is in the E-Tard filter. Anyone in the server can simply say "fu ck" or even "fu-ck".
Nowadays, everyone is just swearing and avoiding the censor filter.
This really didn't need a drama topic.

I am a teenager yes...i hate swearing, and i do agree with you, censor chat doesn't block everything.

That doesn't justify your "wrong" statement, son.  It simply gives the reasoning behind why you don't want it on your server, no why you feel cussing is bad.  Or how it's harmful.

Its bad, and harmful. what if you came up to a police officer and start swearing at him(you'd go to jail) so it is harmful(DUH)

If you cuss at him it's an offence because you're cussing at him directly.  Same would go for insulting him in general.  If you state a cuss word to an officer, simply using it in a sentence, he may ask you to watch your language, but he can't do anything about it.
