Perhaps there is some console command that allows any weapon to fire any projectile.
Press it into an add-on box and be happy.

He means a Laser Designator. Like, you point it at something and when you left click it'll fire a little non-damaging laser to wherever you point. About one or two seconds later, missiles will rain down.

i mean a bullet, not a laser, that you put on a high place and then it fragmentates into deadly splinters, but that's a good idea
