Yorktown, I expected from you a response because that action COULD change the server. However, you never even said to anyone to pm you. You just sat there and ignored EVERYONE. I am sorry to hear that you're busy, boohoo, but seriously! It's your server, take care of it!

Also, I truthfully do not believe that you have any personal feuds or desires. So don't take this personally.

Well then why not tell everyone not to type in caps then, it ruins it to take the chance to talk to me.

you do have my permission to tell them not to talk in caps, its considered Disuptive behavior as Server Rule #2.

To tell you the truth, i've never been specifically mad at you... I've just been terrified by how the city was developing. I tried to help it with Democracy, but Ipquarx was against it. That's what I was trying to get you to look at, was the town hall that I created for it. If you ever want it back, it was built for you to begin with, so you can have it.
