The part about the retail shopping and etc. was a bit unclear, would that be more interactive here?
It's not necessarily interactive I'd say, and by retail shopping I mean like store chains and such, commerce.
In SimCity retail and offices are summed up together within Commercial, but are two separate things still regardless of being both Commercial.
Just like Manufacturing, High-Tech and Dirty industries are separate in XL, they're bundled together but still considered separate under Industry.
