He's trying to use these handicapped ideas of yours instead of doing something sensible; e.g. telling the kid's parents, telling his parents, telling the kid to stop, ripping out the kid's eyeballs and shoving them down his throat, or finding some way to get back in his room.

Honestly what I would do is whisper into his ear "if you ever try something like that again with my stuff I will slit your throat in your sleep." Since he is such a whiny brat chances are even if he tells on you no one will believe him. If he does tell at night go into his room with a knife and wake him up by holding your hand over his mouth and holding it up, then tell him "this is your last chance, you're my bitch now" and slap him in the face and leave quickly.
