There's a difference between

"Here's a great mod, I'll give it a brief description, and you can go do the rest"
and
"Here's a list of most of my mods, I'll make them go and look up every single thing that may or may not be good"

Some mods are better than others. I really don't want to go and look up thirty mods just to see what they are.

I assure you all of my mods are good and they all work together, most of the names prefectly describe what they are.

Better Cities, Reneer's Guard Overhaul, the two harvest ones, Mart's Monster Mod, and all of the aesthetic improvements(alive waters, Qarls TP3, Enhanced water/weather, storms and sounds, etc.)

Anyway, I now have so many companion creatures downloaded that if I used them all at the same time I would have:

A giant tarantula
A clannfear
One of those spider things from Shivering Isles
The Scalons from SI
A Grummite
A Land Dreugh
A Daedroth
A Hunger
A Mudcrab
A white tiger
Some other strange thing that lives in the desert

D:, I can't use MMM for stuff, keep dying because I have a stealth class and don't know where they will be coming from, also low stats because I just started so no way to run yet D:

I just found 2 pretty good cloak/cape mods. I haven't downloaded them yet but they look awesome. The cape mod adds some cool capes like a mythic dawn cape, a black hand cape and more.

I got all the nirnroot, ever side quest is done, all the DLC completed, closed a stuff ton of oblivion gates, and did everything else :O!
