I have a mod where every 60 seconds my equipped arrows resets to 100 arrows. I found 4 dwarven arrows somewhere once and used them for the rest of the game.

Drop 99 of your arrows whenever they replenish, then collect when you've reached desired amount. You can also sell them for profit...

I've already beat the game without cheats. To me, that says I can now cheat incessantly without guilt.
