I actually think they are gonna keep the Scorpion as a 1 hit kill machine. BUT this is not proven. when it comes out we will see.

The problem is people think the Wraith is the exact opposer to the scorpion, and that's entirely untrue. The Scorpion is a tank, while the Wraith is more of a howitzer. It's meant to hit things at long distance and bombard areas.
