She was calmer than most people would have been. There are probably many reporters who would have cut the woman off after 4 minutes, or threaten to bludgeon her family to death. All and all, the reporter did keep some level of calmness throughout the confrontation, even if it wasn't the greatest. :o

But than, you could say the same in a situation where: "Well he killed 10 people - but at least he's not Riddler!". :s

They record every protest on video camera, so that in the case that some person or people attempt to or actually succeed in physically attacking them, they have the evidence and they will take you to court and you will lose. They have very, very good lawyers. Verbal attacks are okay, even though you shouldn't stoop to their level and instead simply counter-protest with signs, or breakdance, as you mentioned.
