My ID is 1622 and I joined in V7, not exactly sure if it was early, mid or late though.

JVS used to stand for Jedi Versus Sith, so I'm guessing the old JVS was something about Star Wars?
No, the doors weren't bricks in the brick menu. You would put a 4 by 4 brick above where you wanted the door to be, set your wrench to JVS mode (a keybind) and then selected your door. The doors opened without clicking them :D. JVS portals was pretty epic too.

Probably would have been late since I'm 1677 and early v8.

I put 0002 because BLM isn't there.
(Just fyi i joined in the 2nd version of BLM)

It's really hard to imagine Blockland without events now.

v10, sometime early February 2009.

That was for V8 too, I remember. Also, I remember trying to make a door without keybinding first. Since my friend's keybind was p, I tried different combos until it took a screenshot.

I never use events, haven't since they came out expect for instead of using the mission editor for things like simple teleporting.

When they first came out I thought they were complicated and unnecessary, but now I really think Blockland is far better with them.
