My brother has had similar issues. In fact, the exact same one. :o

Even so, when you do feel yourself getting angry, take a step back. Think for a second and ask yourself why you're angry. Take calm, deep breaths and express (whether it be to a another person or to yourself) how it's making you feel in full detail.

Also, tension builds up in peoples lives. Perhaps you're stressed. Try taking up a sport or hobby that will enable you to release that backed up energy safety and productively. And I warn you, don't make a habit of hitting things when angry. It can release stress, yes, but it can change into something more serious. I know people often use the excuse "Better than hitting the person that is angering me", but you really shouldn't want to punch a person in the first place. :o

Well I'll admit I'm stressed but it's because I'm surrounded by loving morons 24/7. I also took a look at my hand. Nothing broken but I won't be using it for a while.

Well I'm a good writer since I've been presented quite a few awards for my writing but writing tends to piss me off even more since it causes more stress and since I'm left-handed, I won't be writing for a while. This also sucks since I start school tomorrow.

No. And no I'm not gay. It's just that almost every girl in my county is a bunch of sluts. For example, some guy signed his name on a girl's cleavage at a yearbook signing party.

Work out/go outside to be generally happier.
If you make a habit out of punching your pillow every time you get mad, you develop a need to punch it, and it just build more stress if you are angry and dont have a pillow. It's ok to punch the hell out of it occasionally though.

Every time I get supremely pissed off I seem to like lose my mind and blank out almost, then like 10 seconds later I'll snap back into reality and go "WTF just happened".

When I was angry at a personal reason I wrote a hate message on a peice of paper during class and used up almost all my lead. But It was Bold lettered and worded explicitly. I ended up tossing it. It just felt good to get it out.

Oh, take a shower, or sleep. Some of the most simple things like that can realease anger.

Basically what happens is that you're too occupied by what your doing to remember what made you angry.
