Well, I just reinstalled my keyboard after disconnecting it and cleaning all the stuff out and I got nothin'forgetedit: sent Dell email, hoping for a response within 24 hours

You should reformat. Mostly it's an aimed laptop virus. Or it could itself be a virus that disables your keyboard.
Regulith. only one thing to do. Buy a compaq desktop. much better than a laptop.

Virus. There is a virus that does that, and, in my case, it can also turn on your computer randomly in the middle of the night to waste your money.
