Opinions, opinions everywhere. Opinions to the left, opinions to the right. A world full of opinions.
OP is stupid. Don't ask a forum to give you the pros and cons of a console. All it does is cause stuff to happen. Instead of being lazy, you should just research each console's pros and cons by yourself.

360 has a built in HDD and a SSD for your save games.

dawngaward, save yourself some time and money and just buy a PS3 as soon as you can. The 360 is already becoming outdated, although not a bad console it's certainly lacking in multiple ways (In comparison)

Memory cards were last gen (Thank god)

I personally prefer the 360. I like the controllers better and the OS is far superior to the PS3 one. Also the internet works a lot better on the 360 I am not sure but I remember somewhere it saying the 360 hosts dedicated servers for you when you host a game while on PS3 you are hosting it from your own PS3 and that is why it lags more on the PS3. The 360 also has way more small arcade games which I love. It is a shame microsoft is greedy and charges for everything they possibly can but money aside the 360 is much more fun. My PS3 just sits around I play it like once a year but I play my 360 every day.

tl;dr
ps3 is for poor people

I personally love the PS3s OS. Imo it's much much nicer then the 360s.
And in no way at all is the 360s online multiplayer any faster. Sony also hosts dedicated servers, lots of them. Take for example MAG, try that on microsofts outdated stuff.

MAG isn't possible on PS3 because it has amazing servers, it is because PS3 has a unique processor that renders and unrenders things as you see them allowing for much larger scale games, I played MAG beta and the game was horrid so nothing was lost.

I agree the game wasn't the best, I played it for a while, it was alright but nothing special.
But yes, it does have a lot to do with PSNs online infrastructure to make something like MAG possible. Rendering and Un-rendering things happens in almost all games. They do it to boost performance client side.

Might I add, Just Cause 2's massive landscapes aren't only possible on the PS3 because of it's processor, the game world uses a very nice LOD system to make it at all possible on the 360.

You have no idea what you are talking about. It has been said 100 times by ZI that MAG is possible on the PS3 because of it's cell processor, the cell processor allows it to render and unrender much faster than a single processor which allows for much more action to be happening at once.

Dang, I wish I could have both.
But I know I'll probably stick with one console too much in the end, and feel like I've wasted monies.

Also guies
When you're opinion stays on a 360 or PS3, please say which version I should buy. (Elite, Slim, 80gg, 160gg)

I'd like to know. Also, sorry if I started a sort-of-small console war.
I'm stuck with this question everyday, and I would love to get an answer from you wise wizards people.
