considering it's a sequel it should have the same stuff, If it were not to copy stuff from the other 2 it would have no reason to be called Fallout 3.

I notice 3 people hate all of the DLCs, and Broken Steel has the most votes, but I thought it would be broken steel anyways probably for the fact alone that it raises your level cap.

No. Fallout 3 is basically a repeat of the first 2 games. In the first game you had to find a water chip. In ends in you getting exiled from the vault. In Fallout 2 you had to find the get and destroy the Enclave. Fallout 3 mashes these things together.

I voted Broken steel in the poll but in my opinion it's not the most fun, it's just the best because it allows you to continue playing after you beat the main questline.
