Ok, I'll be more specific, and engine MODIFICATION. He could just add new C++ coding for ragdoll physics, like he did for brick physics. Of course ragdoll physics are probably pretty complicated, especially considering that the version of torque Blockland uses doesn't have a constraint system (I wish it did), so I wouldn't expect seeing them anytime soon. (unless Badspot brings in code form another engine or he uses some already made resource)
