Also, how'd you get points so fast? Gruntpocalypse and just a lot of playing?

i try to do every challenge every day and get higher levels in commendations

according to bungie.net ive done 82 day challenges

a way of boosting demon and flawless cowboy campaign commendations is to play the level on heroic normally with scoring on then save and quit during the last cutscene, when youre on the campaign lobby just resume from save and it should take you to the credit screen where it counts as completing a level without dying
