according to this weeks bungie.net update, you're wrong

1% of the total reach population is at the level cap (lt. colonel grade 3)

70% of players are still at warrant officer or below

Custom games. Forge.

Or you could learn to play moderate amounts of a game and not binge on it.

IMO custom games were better in halo 3 and Forge doesn't interest me

The top one is an awesome explosion of 3 plasma grenades I survived at once without armor lock.
The 2nd is me reflecting a scorpion's missile with armor lock.

But halo addons are fun on blockland
