If you're only at Commander, you've still got a bunch more ranks and armor to go through, and there is "ten more mysterious levels far beyond General Grade 4, awarded to only the most ambitious Spartans among us"

Major grade 2 bitchez

I had 110k credits, but when I got to grade 1 major I spent 90k of it on EVA (first and second), the TacPad, Tactical/Recon Chest piece, the UA/Base Security shoulder (right). The bulk of it was the tac pad (CUUURSEEE YOOOOUU)
