Author Topic: Medal of Honor to be banned from PX/NEX store shelves?  (Read 3841 times)

I know a few people in the military who played CoD frequently, they didn't care.

EA wasn't making it and it was a game based on Operation Phantom Fury, aka The Second Battle of Fallujah. The US didn't get slaughtered, there were 655 casualties, only 95 of them were deaths, rest were just wounded. There were close to 3k insurgent casualties, half of them deaths and the other half of them captured.

It was one of the most important victories for Coalition forces during the war in iraq, get your facts straight. The game was being made by Konami.
Well I read about so long ago I don't remember the details, I thought it was EA but that might be because that it was during the EA hate bandwagon days.
And I don't really keep up to date on the details of a war I find to be pointless. Although I thought the game was based on some "notorious" event, but if you say so.

Go ahead deny it.
The more you deny the more time butthurt mothers have to try and ban any game with so much as a squirtgun.

I wasn't denying anything, I was saying wow at you making fun of mothers of dead soldiers :\

stuff. I had this pre-ordered for my birthday as a gift too.
As well as the beta, it was really good.

Unless you are in the US military, this ban won't affect you.

Oh. I thought it was a ban for everything everywhere.

There is no "Taliban Campaign", the Taliban are simply the opposing force in multiplayer. CoD4/MW2 avoided controversy by changing the name to "OpFor".
