Yeah i'm sure they could re do the art style change all of the gameplay and areas add a giant story line with "tens of millions of voice lines" completely redo the GUI, re do all of the classes, add 4 more races in a single expansion all on a single aging engine.
Along with less important but awesome things like being able to jump and swim, and fight underwater.
And let's consider they've already been working on the game for 3+ years, But forget them, They should ignore all the hard work they have done and just make another 3 hour expansion. and ignore everything the community been asking for.
"Guild wars 2 - Could have just been an expansion."
It's not like it has more changes then say, Call of duty's have had in years.
