Bumping to say that in 2013 South Africa is put back under apartheid then in 2014 the oppressed people of South Africa rise up and kick the oppressors out. by 2017 they are the second richest country in the world, the profit is made by selling all diamonds without having to worry about dividing any profits amongst the government and the people that mined them.
