It says on Serebii that Rotom's second form changes when it changes forms. Earlier I said that it's first type changes. My bad.

afro break must be the most kickass move

V-Generate is so loving cheap.
Not really. The user ends up like a sticky marshmallow afterwards.

?

It just dawned upon me that I can get the Mummy ability into the field with Desukan early on, and then switch in Archaeos to get his own ability overwritten. This means he won't lose half his attack when he falls below half health anymore. Awesome.

The user's Def, Sp.Def, and Speed falls. Now imagine them as a sticky marshmallow. Soft, squishy and hard to move.

True, I think the stat decrease should be sharp.

Assuming your opponent uses a physical attack on desu then you use a physical attack on them. Desukan is a wall iirc so that would work pretty well.

If you bring out Archaeos, your opponent is most likely going to switch to something that can kill it / wall it pretty well. When you expect that Pokemon to attack Archaeos, switch out to Desukan so it will obtain Mummy. Then later in the game your opponent would have to decide between switching in their counter to Archaeos and removing your penalty or letting whatever Pokemon is out take a hit and possibly die.

This all assumes Mummy stays between switches, and if it doesn't, kinda screws the strategy over.

Also could be used with Regigigas quite well.
