Level 69 Industrial Festivizer.
I like the Engineer's default helmet so that's the closest I can get without a Miner's Light.

Also I'm short on metal right now, but maybe you could take an I.O.U?
I'm good for it, I swear.

Brigade Helmet + Festivizer = 2 Craft hats = 2 Refined 2 Reclaimed total.
Brigade Helmet + 1 Refined 2 Reclaimed = 3 Refined total.

Besides, you could buy a better craft hat than the Festivizer.
Plus you were trying to sell it for 2 craft hats anyway.

Unfortunately the Cosa Nostra, the V. Facade, and the Dragonborn are my favorite items and I don't think I'll be wanting to part with any of them unless a ludicrous deal is struck
