Just looking around so far this is what I got.

Expect Black Mesa, by the end of 2010. Also expect Half Life 2 Episode 3 by 2011 (or at least an announcement.)

You'll notice in that third source that there's a direct quote from gabe saying, "We have three pretty big surprises in the next 12 months at least." L4D3 anyone, or something completely different?

Besides that, I really don't care how old anything here is. This is a thread for speculation.
