We can't use our phones at all. I've never heard of a school that allows it.
And it's sensible, people could sooo easily cheat.

We're allowed to use our phones in lunch, passing times, before and after school, and advisory, pretty much always. And occasionally teachers let students use them in certain times in class. In fact, I've never heard of a school that would not allow those things at a time like lunch.
