because they have 2 bases in the entire united states, yup.
If you bothered to know the plot of Fallout 2 and the Enclave's history you'd know what he's talking about.

The Enclave were held up on the oil rig for several years after the war before coming out, and the Chosen One nuked it. The remaining survivors went to Navarro but were captured by BoS and NCR troops. Then the remaining survivors went east or something similar.

They have about 3-4 bases. The Oil Rig, Navaro, that mountain base thingy and Space Station. The Midwest ones were dropped from Fallout Tactics if I remember.

I downloaded the tent mod but there's a bunch of ! points with big red squares on the reloading bench which I can only guess are missing models. What do? PS it's the luxury one.

Are there any XBox360 hiddens or mods?

Herp. Obviously. That's why I asked for help. It's fixed now nonetheless.

Didn't get this thing for Christmas when this was all I actually ever wanted. I am sad and I don't get to shoot people :C

Mini-review of new vegas:
Overall World not as interesting, Writing a bit better, Some towns interesting, You actually need to repair things, Mods yay, beginning sucks compared to f03's.

I think if they came out with a online Fallout game where most you could travel to different parts of the US and make your own legit factions, I would love it even more.

I think if you could do this, all available areas would be taken. If they did this they would also need to have PvP everywhere at all times, which is even more chaotic, it would be a mess, but I'd love every minute of it ;D

PVP can go both ways, really awesome or really suck.

Yea but I am very curious as to how they are going to do this, it's either let players PvP everywhere or it won't feel like fallout, but at the same time if they do have PvP everywhere, they have to make it not feel like a giant deathmatch.
