Good Open World Games?

I've been trying to look for a good "Open World" game for about a week now, Any suggestions other than Garry's Mod and Just Cause 2? Already got those 2 games but... nvm just suggest

Garry'smod isn't open world, unless you mean sandbox games. Google them.

Oblivion, Fable TLC, and Fallout 3 are my favorites. Give them a go. You should be able to buy each from, say, Gamestop, for around $10-$20 since they've been out for a few years.

Fallout New Vegas, nearly anything made by Rockstar Games, Crackdown 2 is pretty good, Oblivion, Marrowind.
