no srsly, lern2dealwithit

Dude, you are loving dumbass. Would you just sit there and look on as your brother starves himself?

Obviously it happens, but I'm still not entirely sure how people get into the mindset that they need to be absolutely skinny to the bones and that fruit is too fatty for them, or that they need to work out 20 hours a day and consume nothing but protein and water.

Unless you've been brought up without a stable diet, surely most people would have learnt from a young age to eat proper meals?
Besides, food tastes good.

Stupid unknowledgeable parents cause kids to be fat and then the kids learn from their parents.

I'm nearly 12 and I weigh 107 ;-;

Corrected you're post <3

I'm 5'12" and 150 and I consider myself fat. My tummy jiggles when I poke it *sadface*

You're probably not fat, but, more like your stomach muscles aren't toned. Just do like 100 situps a day and some stretchs and stuff and your stomach will tighten up.

NO

Lack of muscle definition is caused by excess body fat. Doing a million crunches a day won't solve his gut problem. It would give him strong abdominal muscles, but it wouldn't get rid of the layer of fat over them. You remove body fat through cardio exercise and a proper diet.

What weight measurement system are we using here?
