We need an Item that does SETFOV(150); in the console whilst moving strange colored dots across the screen. Should work similar to the night vision goggles on the color thing.
Why do we need this?
Might be fun, sounds scriptable.

Your character 'getting high' doesn't relieve you of stress. The proper solution is to leave and not join a family RP.
