Oh, he got arrested I believe. I think he's in Jail/Juvy now.

Edit: I think one of his friends did something stupid, and the police believed he was involved somehow. I think he gets out soon.

Well, according to his profile, he is 2.

This is about ~99.9% impossible.
I am not certain of his exact age though. Pretty sure it's not 2 though.
